Terms and Conditions: Accelerate SEO & AEO Package (PSG)
1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern the supply of the Accelerate SEO & AEO Package by SEO With Senthil to <Client Company Name and UEN> under the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG).
- Vendor: SEO With Senthil (UEN: 53489786W), of The Centrepoint, 176 Orchard Road, Level 6, Singapore 238843.
- Client: the business named in the Quotation that purchases the Package.
- Package: the pre-approved digital solution “SEO With Senthil – Accelerate SEO & AEO Package [3 Months]”, as listed on the Business Grants Portal.
- Quotation: the vendor quotation issued for the Package, which the Client submits with its PSG application. The Quotation and these Terms together form the Agreement.
- Grant: the PSG funding approved for the Client by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG).
- These Terms are between the Vendor and the Client only. Third-party tools used in delivery (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Semrush) remain subject to their own providers’ terms.
2. Deliverables and service term
The Package runs for 3 months from the Commencement Date, which is the date of the kick-off session after the Client’s Grant is approved and the Agreement is signed.

| Technical SEO optimisation (redirects, 404 clean-up, internal linking, GA4 and Search Console setup) | per month | 3 |
| Local SEO (Google Business Profile, Map Pack, Singapore directory citations) | per month | 3 |
| Digital assets: 3 SEO assets a month (content and backlinks), 1 founder story feature on a local blog | per set | 1 |
| Monthly ranking report and review | per report | 3 |
| Final report | per report | 1 |
| Handover and training guide | per setup | 1 |
The Vendor decides the mix of content and backlinks each month based on the Strategy Report, and records it in the monthly report. Work outside this list is not part of the Package and will be quoted separately.
3. PSG grant terms
The Client must apply for the Grant on the Business Grants Portal before signing the Agreement or making any payment.
- Eligibility: the Client is responsible for meeting EnterpriseSG’s PSG eligibility criteria. The Vendor does not guarantee that a Grant will be approved.
- Order of steps: the Client applies for the Grant using the Vendor’s Quotation, then signs the Agreement and pays only after the Grant is approved. Work starts only after both.
- No rebates or inducements: the Vendor will not offer the Client any rebate, cash-back, gift, free add-on or other benefit tied to the Grant, and the Client will not request one.
- Grant not approved or withdrawn: if the Grant is rejected before signing, neither party owes anything. If EnterpriseSG withdraws or reduces the Grant after signing because of the Client’s act or omission, the Client remains liable for the full Package price.
- Claims: the Client will submit its grant claim within the deadline set by EnterpriseSG. The Vendor will supply the delivery documents the Client needs for the claim, including invoices, reports and proof of delivery.
- Audit: both parties will keep records of the Package for audits by EnterpriseSG or its appointed agents and will cooperate with any such audit.
- No GST: the Vendor is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on the Package.
4. Fees and payment
The Package price is S$8,700 for the full 3-month term, as stated in the Quotation.
- The Vendor invoices the full Package price on signing of the Agreement.
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date by bank transfer or PayNow to the account named on the invoice.
- The Client pays the full invoice amount regardless of the Grant amount, unless EnterpriseSG’s rules for the Client’s application require a different payment arrangement, in which case those rules apply.
- The Vendor may pause work if payment is more than 14 days overdue, and will give the Client written notice before doing so.
- The Package is a fixed 3-month commitment. Upgrades or extra services outside the Package are invoiced separately and are not covered by the Grant.
5. Client obligations
Delivery depends on timely access and input from the Client.
- Within 7 days of the Commencement Date, provide admin or editor access to the website, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Attend the discovery session and provide accurate information about the business, its services, customers and competitors.
- Review and approve content within 5 working days of submission. Content not commented on within 10 working days is treated as approved.
- Ensure all information and materials supplied (logos, photos, product details, claims) are accurate and that the Client has the right to use them.
- Inform the Vendor before making changes to the website, hosting or domain that may affect SEO.
- Delays caused by the Client do not extend the 3-month term or reduce the Package price. The Vendor will record any such delay in the monthly report.
6. KPIs, results and reporting
The Vendor commits to delivering the Package items in full, not to a specific ranking position.
- Target KPI: 20 keywords tracked on Google Singapore, with a target of 10% on Page 1 within 3 months. KPIs vary by industry and are confirmed in the Strategy Report.
- No guarantee: search engines and AI search tools control their own rankings. The Vendor does not guarantee any ranking, traffic, lead or sales outcome.
- Reporting: a monthly ranking report and review covering work done, keyword positions, traffic data from Google Search Console, Semrush and GA4, and next month’s plan, delivered by call or recorded video.
- Final report: at the end of the term, a summary of all deliverables and results, followed by a handover session and training guide.
7. Ownership, confidentiality and data protection
The Client owns the content created for its website once the Package is paid in full.
- Ownership: on full payment, ownership of articles, page copy and reports created for the Client passes to the Client. The Vendor keeps its own methods, templates and tools.
- Third-party placements: backlinks and local media features are published on third-party sites. The Vendor does not control those sites and cannot guarantee how long a placement stays live.
- Portfolio use: the Vendor may name the Client and describe results in case studies only with the Client’s written consent.
- Confidentiality: each party keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or by EnterpriseSG for grant administration.
- Access credentials: the Vendor uses access only to deliver the Package. The Client may remove the Vendor’s access at the end of the term.
- Personal data: both parties will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) in handling any personal data shared under the Agreement.
8. Termination, liability and general terms
Either party may end the Agreement early only for a material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of written notice.
- Early termination by the Client for reasons other than the Vendor’s breach does not entitle the Client to a refund. Termination may affect the Client’s grant claim, and the Client is responsible for any resulting grant repayment.
- Termination for Vendor breach: if the Vendor fails to deliver Package items and does not fix this within 14 days of notice, the Client may end the Agreement and receive a pro-rated refund for undelivered items.
- Liability: the Vendor’s total liability under the Agreement is limited to the Package price paid. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or rankings.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including search engine algorithm updates and platform outages.
- Entire agreement: the Quotation and these Terms form the whole Agreement and replace earlier discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- Governing law: the Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
